1.     Upcoming Dates and Notices

·      Lead Team Meeting Monday October  4  7:00 pm

·      Confirmation Wednesdays at 6:00 pm on Zoom

·      Youth group  Thursday Oct 14 and Oct 28, 6:30-8:00 pm in the portables

·      Bible Study Wednesday mornings led by FLC 8:45-10:30 am.  

·      (Bi-weekly) Midweek Communion service Wednesday Oct 13  10:30 am

·      Church Council Meeting Thursday Oct 14 7:00 pm

 

2.     Worship Time Change - Five Week Trial

Please take note, starting Sunday October 17 through Sunday November 14, Lutheran Church of the Master will shift its Sunday Worship time to 11:00 am instead of the regular 10:30 start time. 

·      Family Life Church will worship at our building at 9:15 am

 

3.     Congregational Meeting - Sunday November 7 12:00 pm

Church Council is calling a congregational meeting on Sunday November 7 at noon to discuss the time change trial with Family Life Church and determine if we should enter a longer-term rental agreement.

4. Fall Maintenance Projects

Thank you to those who have volunteered their time to assist in cleaning up the grounds around the church.  There is still a number of projects we need to get done before the snow flies.

There are two areas of concern:

1.  Concrete step repair (from parking lot to the main entrance to the church)
2.  Steps / ramp to the Portables
