      2.Stepping Stones to Mental Health is offering many FREE Community Programs this summer.   Airdrie and Irricana surrounding area.  It's the 4th R Health Relationship program for 2LGBTQIA+

      Airdrie

      2a.  Date:  July 6-August 24th

      Time:  Thursdays 2-3:30pm

      Location:  RVS Education Centre, 2651 Chinook Winds Dr. SW

      A weekly program for LGBTQ+ youth to learn about positive mental health, have fun, and build community.

      2b.  Artistic Flow (Ages 12-15)

      Date: July 6-August 24

      Time:  Thursdays, 10:00-11:30am

      Location:  Nose Creek Park, 1691 Main St (meet at the covred picnic tables)

      A mindful art and yoga program.  We will practice inclusive yoga poses, breathing, and movement and mindful arts and crafts to reduce stress, increase resilience, and promote healthy relationship.

      3c.  Be Body Positive (agds 13-16)

      Explore body  positive, ideas around beauty, health and self-confidience without comparison or judgement.

      5e.  Family and Community Connection Nights (all ages)

      Date:  July 6-26th

      Time:  Thursday 6-7:30pm

      Location:  Various (see below)

      Connect and spend time in the community with others while engaging in family-friendly activities.

      6f.   Mindfulness in the Park Airdrie (all ages)

      Dates:  Juy 7-August 25

      Time  Fridays 12:00-3:00pm

      Location:  Chinook Winds Park

      Drop in and make some mindful crafts!  We will have supplies so you can stay-and-play or kits to grab-and-go.  We will also have mental health resources available for children, youth and adults.

      No registration needed

      2.  Irricana Summer Movie Family Fun Afternoon

      Date:  July 5th

      Time:  1:30-4:00pm

      Location:   Irricana Lions Community Hall 300 1st Street, Irricana

      Find out about upcoming summer programs and the resources available for Irricana and Beisker.  Take part in some for activities and crafts or sit and enjoy  Disney's Moana!

      No registration needed.

      3. Beiseker, Crossfield, Langdon

      1a.  Be Body Positive (ages 11-16)

      Dates:  July 5-26

      Time:  Wednesdays, 1:00-2:30pm

      2b.   Mindfulness in the Park Beisaker (alll ages)

      Date:  August 23

      Time:  11:00am-2:00pm

      Location:  Lions' Centennial Park

      Come check out the community resources available for Beiseker and Irricana!  We will have activity and craft supplies so you can stay-and-play or kit sto grab-and-go.  We will also have mental health resources availalb e for childre, youth and adults.

      No registration needed.

      3c.   Mindfulness in the Park Crossfield (all ages)

      Dates:  July 19-26

      Time:  Wednesday,  12:000-3:00pm

      Location: Banta Park

      Drop in and make some mindful crafts!  We will have supplies so you can stay-and-play or kits to grab-and-go.  Metal health resources will be available for children, youth and adults.

      No registration needed.

      4d.   Mindfulness in the Park Langdon (all ages)

      Date:  July 31-August 27

      Time:  Mondays 1:00-3:30pm

      Location:  Langdon Field House 344 Centre St NE

      Drop in and make some mindful crafts!  We will have supplies so you can stay-and-play or kits to grab-and-go.  Metal health resources will be available for children, youth and adults.

      5e.   Mini Mindful Explorers (ages 4-6)

      Date:  July 5-25

      Time:  Wednesdays 10:00-11:00am

      Location:  Community Links Beiseker, 401 5th Street

      A morning of creativity, movement and mindful exploration.  We will ready a story create some mindful art, and practice inclusive poses, breathing and movement to reduce stress, increase relilience, and promote healthy relationships.  (In partnmership with Community Links)

      3. Mindful Readers (ages 6-8)

      Dates:  July 10-August 21

      Time: Mondays 10:30-11:30am

      Location:  Chestermere Library, 105B Marina Rd

      A 4-week mindfulness program for ages 6-8.  Each week we will have a new minfulness story and activity.  This program will help develop a mindfulness practice at home and increase social skills and conection.
