- LCM’s Annual Food Bank Drive - Please consider prayerfully if you are able to donate during the month of June. A list of most needed, non-perishable items is on the bulletin board in the Narthex. For tax receipts, please donate directly to the Food Bank online. We will not be collecting cash donations. Contact Rodger or Kathy if you have any questions.
- Flooring Drive - LCM is in need of new carpet for the foyer and sanctuary. The cost of this project is $40,000. Council will proceed once $20,000 has been raised and will borrow the rest against reserves. If you would like to contribute to the carpet project, please indicate this on your offering envelope or online.
- Towels for Drop-in Centre
The Calgary Drop-in Centre is in desperate need of towels for their guests (new, gently used, frayed) will all be welcome. There is a bin in the foyer for collection. Please consider dropping off extras you may have at home. See Mona for more information.
- Volunteers Needed for Shoe Boxes Thursday, July 10
If interested, there will be an afternoon shift set up at the Shoe Box Warehouse to organize corporate donations. Must be 12 years old and up. Sit down jobs are available. Sign up is in the foyer. Contact Mona for more information.
