Confirmation: Eva, Miriam, Mercedes, Coralee, Marc
- June Food Bank Drive - During the month of June, LCM will be collecting non-perishable food items for the Airdrie Food Bank. A list of most needed items can be found on the AFB website.
- Spring Tea for Seniors - A spring tea is being planned for June 14th, with participation from some of our church youth. Watch for more details to follow.
- Flooring Drive - LCM is in need of new carpet for the foyer and sanctuary. The project is expected to cost $40,000. Council will proceed once we have raised $20,000 and borrow the rest against our reserves. Currently we have $7200 towards our goal of $20,000! If you would like your offering to go towards the carpet project, please indicate this on your offering envelope or online.
- Got extra change? Fill a Baby Bottle - The Airdrie Pregnancy Center is running their spring ‘bottle’ drive. Take a baby bottle, fill it with change and return it to the church for Father’s day. Your donations support women, men and families prepare for the birth of their child through the early months.
- Food Bank Drive - Lutheran Church of the Master is going to be running our 3rd Annual Food Bank Drive during the month of June. Please consider prayerfully if you are able to donate at this time. A list of most needed items is on the bulletin board at the church. We can only collect non perishable items.
If you wish to receive a tax receipt, please consider donating directly to the Food Bank online. We will not be collecting cash donations. Contact Rodger (403-948-3461) or Kathy (403-863-8921) if you have any questions.
Thank you for prayerfully considering how you might help with this initiative.
